Hato Potrero Farm Inc. is a family-owned dairy manufacturer created by its Founder and CEO Gustavo A. Perez nearly 20 years ago.   We make all our dairy products with fresh Grade A cow’s milk, which only a handful of companies in the US still do.  For example, the farmers milk the cows in the morning, deliver the milk to us, and by the afternoon, our product is in the market. Our premier product is our Yo Gusto brand of drinkable yogurts, the leading brand in its category in the market to date. Mr. Perez went from door-to-door sales to currently being the top-selling brand of its kind in major stores like Walmart, Target, Publix, and all South Florida’s Supermarkets, and growing rapidly nationwide.

Our manufacturing plant is located in Clewiston, Fl, and our Distribution warehouse in Medley, FL.  We also manufacture other excellent products like cheeses, milk, sour cream, and we’re always expanding our product line. We operate under strict sanitary conditions, and guidelines controlled by the FDA which separates us from our competitors.

Our product is high in calcium and contains plenty of vitamins and minerals including live cultures, B-12, riboflavin, potassium, magnesium, and zinc. Research suggests that the good friendly bacteria called probiotics, which is found in yogurt, may be useful in treating digestive tract problems. Dieticians recommend the daily consumption of yogurt to help maintain a healthy balanced lifestyle.
